[RESOLVED] - Closed all my BT accounts in 2014, BT didn't close them properly and keep pestering me for money.

Complaint against BT

When I closed my accounts in 2014 BT failed to close BT sport down properly, I have made countless calls and complained on twitter all to no avail. I was promised by 3 separate individuals the last time that I called that it would take 30 days to clear my account to zero. That was on 28th August and my account is still showing a balance. This has taken over 6 months of complaints and I now feel like I want compensation for my time and the distress that this has caused.

BT did the right thing and agreed that I owed them nothing. In fact they sent me a cheque for £103!
