Failed bt engineer visit

Complaint against BT

I was told to be at home on the 19/10 for a bt engineer to visit and install my new bt infinity line between 8-1. It is now 9 p.m. and I have spent all day chasing BT to gain a response to find out what is happening. The last person I spoke to has just informed me that sky( my previous provider) had cancelled the exchange!! Spoke to sky who have said that's rubbish and if they had would arrange an engineer to sort out the problem. I have been lied to and ignored all day by numerous people at BT. They have now sent me an email saying they will be here next Wednesday to sort out my phone and broadband!! Totally stunned by how poor the customer service is from these people.
