Complaint against BT
a fault was called in to our provider dataphone on Friday 30th October and has yet to be resolved. Various engineers have arrived, got the line working, and then shortly afterwards it fails again. They insist that every time this happens it is a new fault and they record it as such and then turn up when it suits them. They were booked to come today between 08.00 and 13.00and no one turned up, when we chased we were told they had 'resourcing problems'. We are a reactive maintenance company and the issue is crippling our service delivery.
