NO BROADBAND FOR 3 MONTHS after lightening damaged cable! Kids have to use pub wifi to do homework!

Complaint against BT

3 months ago lightening struck a cable on Llanllwni Mountain. We have had numerous engineers turn up, fix nothing, blame another department, have spoken to everyone in BT it seems (in India and UK) including a priority care team, an escalation team and STILL the cable has not been replaced. We have received lots of phone calls apologising, various dates when the cable was supposed to be replaced but wasn't, lots of buck passing etc. BT blame Open Reach. We don't care who's to blame - we just want what we are paying for. We can't stop paying as that is a breach of contract. Surely not supplying what we are tied in to pay for is breach of contract!
