Complaint against BT

Ordered BT infinity on the 22/10/2015. Given an installation date of 11/11/2015, daughter took morning off work. Engineer did not arrive or phone. I phoned BT on the 12/11/2015, they apologised and gave me a new installation date, on December 4th?? Despite my attempts to move my dates backwards BT where not forthcoming and the engineer came on the 4/12/2015. I unfortunately have to go to work, I am a Senior Nurse , and when I returned to work I had found that my tele had not been connected and the broadband only worked upstairs. From the said date in December until 12/30/2015 I spent hours on the phone to BT trying to resolve this problem, on the 30th a manager and I managed to resolve the broadband problem. I have just spoken to yet another BT employer tonight, 07/01/2015 and still have no TV package and still have no resolution to this problem. Please help!!
