Two months with no phone or internet and BT Openreach say it is low priority

Complaint against BT

The phone line was damaged on November 23rd and here we are, january 22 and it is still not fixed. The latest from BT Openreach is that this is low priority so it will not be fixed in a hurry. I have no phone or internet - as most of my neighbours - and live in the country. This is unacceptable in this day and age.
