Complaint against BT

I have been waiting for 2 and half hours to speak to someone from BT. I initially let the phone ring for over half hour. Then started again and requested a call back which I was told would be 45 mins I waited over one hour then started the process again! I have now been on hold for another half hour. Thus is totally unacceptable, my phone has been out of use for most of the morning plus very time consuming. I have only been with BT for 7 weeks and at this moment has been a mistake giving them my business. I am now looking for compensation for the time wasted when my time could have been utilised better.
