Without internet for over a month

Complaint against BT

Wanted to change providers because Plusnet had a better deal so went ahead and cancelled the BT contract to make the switch. Next day BT came back with a better deal so seemed to make sense to stay and keep the same connection we had already. Issue was that Plusnet had cancelled the phone line so would have to be set up again as a new user and wait two weeks for this to happen. All fine to wait as this couldn't be avoided and we were now essentially a new customer but from there it has spiraled out of control. Been on hold for countless hours, engineers not showing up and no contact whatsoever. We need this sorted asap
