[LAPSED] Mobitrans unhelpful, unsympathetic and NO refund

Complaint against Mobitrans

I called EE to query a large bill. They said mobitrans had been taking money from my account for the last 3/4 months. The total is around £60. I believe this happened due to my son trying to clear a pop up me on the phone, unintentionally signing up to Mobitrans. EE gave me an email address, I have received an unsympathetic reply and no offer of a refund. When I have tried to send a further reply it is bouncing back, apparently due to the recipients mailbox being full. I've never heard of mobitrans, never sought out their service and they have left me broke this month by effectively stealing from my own bank account. I would like to no what I should do now.

I was told on 21st October by Emma Lewis (who by the way really needs training on how to be nice to people) that I would be issued a refund within a maximum of 2 weeks. Having filled in your refund form on 21st October there is still no refund in my account.
