Complaint against Skype

I have two skype accounts and both were recently hacked. All you had to do was know a skype id and email and you can change the password and gain access to the account. When you try and report it an automated response tells you they will review it in 72 hours. When you finally get an email and think you are getting somewhere, they wil never respond to your email as its "insecure". Whatever you do or say, they are determined to make you fill in another support request - a process that takes 5 minutes each time, and probably change your email. I have changed my password at least 10 times, told them when I signed up, how I paid and yet still they do not believe I am the rightful owner. It appears they like the hackers because they spend more money than I do - wouldn't be at all surprised if it was skype themselves that emptied my account.....
