My OPT device has a SIM slot issue which was detected just 3 months after its purchase in February 2016. I have been writing to the Customer Care people since then and even sent my device to their workshop for repair but the device is returned back to me with the comment 'no fault detected'. Now none of the customer care people are replying to my mails neither they are providing any solution to my problem.
