Complaint against Aerialforce
Aerial force installed my aerial back in June. I've come back off my holiday for the TV to now have no signal and the aerial looks to have fallen in the roof. They said an engineer would come Friday before 6 to get a call at 5 to rearrange for Saturday, Saturday came and again I had a call at 3.30 to cancel and rearrange for Monday. I've had to spend 2 days organising someone to be at my home while I am not there, and now it looks as though they do not want to carry out any repairs.
