A £610 phone bill shock because my daughter went her over her minutes

Complaint against EE

Last month we got a bill from EE saying I have a bill that said £290 bill but because we were a joint bill that 3 people are shared on so I first blamed my eldest son because EE had not told us what number went over it also it hasnt been clear about noticing me about going of the maximum minutes anyway now this months bill has just come in at £ 320 which means I now have to pay £610 however there is a problem over that now last months bill and this months has been ran up by my 15yr old daughter who had no idea that she has gone over thr minutes because we had no notice of it which I thought isnt right or helpull towards the customer
