Complaint against EE
EE still taking money on Direct debit from account. And informed customer accounts still live and if wanting to close now would cost around £100+ to do so. customer is housebound with damaged spine and also tachicardia. I am customers carer acting on her behalf as she initially spent over an hour on the phone with EE to no avail and had to terminate call as her tachicardia got out of hand In the meantimeand had to get medical help. Her initial account taken out with orange but they seem to be part of EE. In the meantime EE are continuing to take money from the account.
