EE extra unknown charge and bad signal at home

Complaint against EE

Hello there, After calling up EE many times about there lack of signal and my bill going up without being told, I decided i wanted to cancel my contract that's only lasted 2 months. They kept putting me through to 'The tech team' to help the bad signal errors, But as said I wish to cancel payments of the contract without an termination fee as I should be allowed to do so by January 23. (Started contract on January 28th) I'm still very unhappy and have now got to get proof about my bad services in order to leave. Also threatened I "HAVE" to pay £800+ for cancelling my contract early. Can you help?
