Complaint against Lycamobile
Order a SIM card intend for single use. When top up online the first time, I have indeed TURN OFF auto top up. However a month later, they managed to auto top up and charging to my credit card. Tried to make a call unsuccessful as the phone response there is insufficient credit! How can this happen? I need my money back.
