Complaint against Lycamobile

Hi, I bought a £20 voucher from a lady in Heathrow airport on the 19th. I was told to that for £20 I would get unlimited voice, text and 10 or 11 GB data (I forgot). I have attached the screenshot of the printout she gave. To activate the bundle I was told to dial the *131* Pin# as instructed in the printout. Which I did. Now, in just three days my service stopped working, because I don't have balance. On calling your help centre, I was told that I should pressed some other sequence of numbers and to get the £20 bundle back I should email you with the picture of the printout, as they don't have the power to do so. I hope you could help resolve this as soon as possible, please.
