Complaint against Lycamobile

Hi! I have been using Bangladesh plus plan for a while. I dint have balance yesterday when it went for automatic top-up and as expected, I got a "failed to recharge" message today morning. Today morning, I tried to recharge it with Bangladesh Plus plan and got a message that Bangladesh plan is activated. Both of these plans, although the same in price, have different features - I use the former to call India,which is not possible in the latter. Could you please revert mine to the Bangladesh Plus plan instead. I haven't used any minutes from this yet. Reference no: RD0017115004, transaction ID: QTU0010717689

Yes I have contacted on facebook and via email. it is unfortunate that the customer service is really poor and NOT really to help the customer, as clearly seen by a response after half a month of complain. I am very very disappointed with the service, after being a loyal customer in different places in europe over 4 years!
