Complaint against Lycamobile

I purchased a sim card online yesterday and received confirmation from Paypal, but no email from Lycamobile. No response to my emails. When I rang, after 30 minutes of waiting, I was told they would "re-send" the email. Have not received it (even checked my spam). Not impressed with customer service. I am now considering cancelling my order as I'm afraid it may not arrive on time and I am going away for Christmas. I need to get a response asap as I may need to look for an alternative.

Activate my plan? No, I never received my sim card, so there was nothing to activate. I eventually received a refund having made numerous enquiries. The service I have received frim Lyca Mobile is beyond unacceptable.
