Complaint against Lycamobile

I've ordered new sim and ported my number from O2 to Lyca mobile unfortunately even though I've put my e-mail through the form on their website I haven't received my pin, and I need this to top up, now I have no phone and no internet on it so I could use.

Hi Krzysztof, I believe we messaged you on Facebook some days later. To see your plan please dial *137# and *131# to see your account balance. Most Android phones will display an ‘R’ icon on the top of the display to indicate ‘Data Roaming’ is enabled. This option needs to be enabled to use our data service and it doesn’t change your tariff in any way.

Hello, yes I've received message on Facebook few days later after my post in here. I can see that to display my balance while on bundle one has to put in *137#. I've configured my internet via web page, putting my phone model and number and now it's working. The flash message somehow could never reach me (beep but without the content). Thank you, it's working now.
