Complaint against Lycamobile

I've had this phone company since January had no problems with it at all. So I paid my bills with no problems. Note Im a mother of two. So my phone was disconnected I could not call out and no one could call me. Im US lycamobile by the way. Money was taken out my account I have the 45.00 plan. You know what I could of done with my 45 buy my kids some stuff. All I do is want a refund. I do not want this service anymore I will find a new one. I was cheated out of my money and really upset. And customer service kept telling me it would be on by mid night. BS is the word. Get it together. Ugh

I've done that already. And still nothing. Service sucks. Company sucks. Never again. I do not want to resolve this issue just my money back.
