[LAPSED] SIM card promised to be delivered in 72 working hours, still not delivered after 8 days

Complaint against Lycamobile

Ordered a sim card on July 12th 2017. i didn't get any tracking number. Just got the reference no. when I am trying to call them the call automatically disconnects like after 20 min of hold. I need the sim card ASAP. please help
