Complaint against Lycamobile
Order a new number + bundle with the intention to use it for a month only. When registered the card on line they managed to impose automatic renewal. I did not check that button myself nor see it to uncheck. They managed to charge £100 from my account till I realised. Contacted customer service and the are saying is my fault even though the card have not been active for 4 months now. I feel as if it had been stolen from me.
