no internet and extra money taken
Complaint against Lebara Mobile
bought a lebra mobile sim today topped up £10 so i could buy a 30 day bundle to which it diddnt then give me the option for so i then paid a extra £15 on my bank card to get the bundle to which i had a text through saying they had recieved a payment of £20. i was also not getting any internet. i rang the company was on the phone 25 minutes to which a man answered and you could hear him eating and just kept telling me he was 'sorry about that' but he could not do anything about it (as regards the £20 being taken instead of the £15. then when i asked about the internet he said he would send the settings to my phone which never came. after me asking to speak to a manager about the money that had been taken he told me there was no one else to apeak to and hung up the phone.
