Complaint against IMImobile

I've been charged since June 2016 £94.50 through my mobile network 3. More precisely, I have been charged in my November and December bill £36 through 3 network. I have spoken to your staff this evening and I was asked to fill in the complaint form to get the refund. I am requesting you to refund my money for the service which I have never used and intentionally subscribed. Hoping to hear from you soon.
