No signal... Reimburse me!

Complaint against O2

I have not long since upgraded with O2 and now I can't use my phone, there is no signal what so ever. I use my phone to help run my business so this is costing me money! What are you doing about it and how am I getting compensated as I'm paying you to provide a service and you're failing to keep to your contractual agreement!
