They've got my cash but I've got NO PHONE!

Complaint against O2

Ordered a phone on Saturday 16th May to collect from a store on Monday 18th. STILL NO PHONE as of today, Thursday 21st May, despite wasting HOURS talking on O2's "live chat" facility and receiving bogus assurances that this would be sorted out by now. I demanded a refund and was told I couldn't have one. I was told to keep waiting (!!!!!) until the phone reached the store (Surely THEIR problem, not mine?!) and then I was to visit the store and ask to cancel the order, after which the store would have to send the phone back to the warehouse and I would then have to wait another 14 DAYS to get a refund! OUTRAGEOUS UNCARING BEHAVIOUR from a major telecoms company towards a customer of over TEN YEARS!!!!! I'm disgusted and have emailed the CEO, Ronan Dunne, who has not seen fit to reply as yet.
