Complaint against Timetalk
I have been with Timetalk for some years when I contacted what I thought was Talk Talk and I joined. I have received a letter increasing the broadband charges with the option to leave with no penalties. I changed to Talk Talk a week ago and was told that Timetalk had a tag on the landline so I need a new line. Today I had texts and phone calls from Quick collect asking for details of how to pay for the landline to be removed. Timetalk will not provide me with the costing but how dare they get a collecting company to be involved when I am still with them. It is a strange way to deal with customers and to protect my account I have cancelled the direct debit and pay what I have to once they invoice me.
