[LAPSED] cant get access to my tiscali emails since december

Complaint against TalkTalk

talktalk keeps messing me around and making me call them from a mobile not landline,and then say if i sign up with them they will help me.

trying to access through webmail,which is the way i always have until you got hacked.

the message i get is incorrect password now,before my complaint the message was incorrect email or password.

I have already done a post on your community with no joy which is why i have took this action so everyone can see how unhelpful talktalk are,all you seam to do is go over and over the same information with out actually helping.Also all you keep saying is if you sign up to talktalk we will help you otherwise we cannot help.

I want to sort this out on this site as dealing with talktalk direct has not worked,i want others to see weather you fix this problem or not as its now nearly 4 months since i first contacted talktalk.
