Complaint against TalkTalk
I have to say I was very happy with Talk Talk service until the time I moved house I used to live in share house and the guys in the house where I used to live they wanted to keep the service, I contacted Talk Talk to inquire about the change of contract. A change of ownership form was sent to me via email which I filled, with the new owners details including bank details. I then sent this to Talk Talk via recorded delivery on the 16th of January 2019 and it was received and signed for at their end on the 17th of January 2019. 3 days later I called TalkTalk to ensure that they received my change of ownership form and they lied to me saying that they haven't received the form, even tough I have proof that it was received and signed for on the 17th of January 2019.(Next Day). And now I have just received a bill of £82 from Talk Talk via a collection agency, and this is unacceptable when I clearly followed the procedure as I was advised from the Talk Talk customer service!!! I'm not happy about it at all and I will go till the end to prove as costumer my rights on this matter.
