[LAPSED] Charging £135 to leave!

Complaint against TalkTalk

After putting up with terrible broadband/tv signal, decided to switch to new provider, then get massive bill asking £135 for breaking 18 month contract I didn't even know I was in, as we have been with them for over 5 years!

Hi Chris, Cancellation fees are applicable if you cancel wihtin the contract term. Have you moved home at all in the last 18 months,m or been offered a promotional discount to renew your contract?
