[LAPSED] Compaint regarding a charge of £78

Complaint against TalkTalk

I have been customer with talktalk for 20months I have taken my second contract out with talktalk. I have had many of issues with my internet not working also it has been extremely slow. I have been in contact with many of times to raise my concerns regarding my issues. Talktalk advised me that the only option is to send an engineer out so solve my problem with show Internet and advised me that the engineer will do other checks. I asked the adviser several times if I will get charged for the engineer coming out his reply was no it was free of charge i agreed for the engineer to come out since it was free of charge. I have received a bill of £78 today. I am absolutely disgusted with the misleading information that has Been giving to me. The advised did not tell me there would be a charge. I am single parent on a low income I also have a baby to look after myself. This is extremely unexepytable and unfair not to give customer clear information regarding high bills. Sent from my iPhone
