[LAPSED] Continual excuses for delay in new connection at new address

Complaint against TalkTalk

I have been waiting for connection at my new address for nearly 2 months my old line was disconnected on 7th October., but all I am getting is continual texts promising then apologising , it is extremely frustrating and nobody seems to have an answer as to when I will be gettingmy phone line in
