[LAPSED] disconnection of line after bereavement

Complaint against TalkTalk

Have chatted online to various agents and verbally over the phone including bereavement team re disconnection of calls service. Received letter from bereavement team informing me that the service had been disconnected. It hasn't and trying to make outgoing calls is impossible as the line goes direct to Talk Talk where the advice continues to be to contact the bereavement team-the same team that has already confirmed in writing that the service has been disconnected.! Meanwhile as I now need to be the account holder I continue to pay another provider for line rental and who have confirmed that they have taken over as call provider but I can't make any outgoing calls to anyone except Talk Talk. I have e mailed TT with this issue in addition to speaking to their agents. what can I do now to resolve this issue?
