[LAPSED] Talktalk engineer took his clothes off at my home

Complaint against TalkTalk

When Talktalk engineer turned up at my home to repair the landline , he took his clothes off. When I complained to the CEO I was punished by disconnection. I now lost the landline which I have had for 25 years. Do not join this company ever if you are looking for a decent service / customer services.

Excuse me, what do you mean by " Please let us know if there is anything else we can help you with" You never helped me in the first place. Your technician came and took his clothes off exposing himself and you did absolutely nothing. Does your people now know what does it mean when we say that Talktalk sucks ??

Amazing !!! what reference number are we talking about here? How many times your engineers exposed themselves when fixing faulty phone lines at people's homes?? What do not you investigate it under my address or phone number ? , or is it you just content with giving me tough time?

There is no reference number. Your CEO did not bother to put anything in writing. I just had a phone call to say the very annoying sentence" sorry for the inconvenience caused" and that this person will never come to your home again. To my horror, he was knocking at my door two weeks later to continue the job. By the way, Why are you demanding a line rental fro the period from 07/07- 07/08 when you already disconnected my line on 06/07 ???? Get your act straight for God's sake.
