Complaint against TalkTalk

I booked a home move after many years with talktalk having plus TV phone etc contract ended august moved September. Promised same package at reduced price for loyalty. This has been cancelled 3 times by them without telling me. Finally got things sorted only to find only ordinary TV not plus. On the phone over 1hour Saturday told I could not have plus TV not able to tell me why (excellent payment record) no welcome pack after 4 weeks no apology and tonight Monday the customer service person just hung up on me. Said I needed to give 30 days notice to leave even though I have 22 days cooling of period. I am disgusted. Saturday a manager was to phone me back but of course didn't what dreadful service....What I would give to speak to the CEO. I have an E mail with my contract set out saying I have plus TV package.But that means nothing

As I do not tweet I can only hope you are able to contact me another way. Chat Is useless as I have 23 pages of printed chats telling me over and over again my order has been cancelled so please tell me after 6. Weeks why I am not entitled to cancel with you without having to psy £300 for the privilidge of many many hours in tears trying to sort this mess out how I wish I had not stayed with you

Your customer service people are an insult to people like me who just want the service you agreed to you are breaking the law not fulfilling a contract which is in writing so I should be able to break my contract with you!!!!!

Nicola at exec office came up trumps and sorted my complaint quickly and to my satisfaction. Better customer services would have saved 8 weeks of severe stress. Thank you
