Complaint against TalkTalk

TV: I have never used the TV service since I started this contract because it was not working. I informed talk talk and nothing was done about it. Internet: the Internet was very slow and later stopped working months ago. I called talk talk on several occasions but did not resolve these issues. Every month, I am charged 50 pounds for services not rendered. I informed talk talk to terminate this contract last year because of the poor services I received but continued without my consent. The calls I made to talk talk did not resolve any issue. Till date, I am very upset that money is been taken for services not given.
