I did response and tried to book an appointment and it wouldn't let me. I followed all instructions and all failled. I have used twitter and nothing. 4 weeks and no internet. Is this this the £36 a momth I am payinf for?...I am am sick and tired and losing income...please explain and sort it now...there are no capitals big enough to eplain the anger I am in....i ha e done ping reports and the trace report and both say unknown..what next and i want compensation or a terminated contract
