Complaint against TalkTalk

Left Talktalk Dec 15 after a month of no service, customer services cannot be understood and useless, told them by letter they had broken the contract by not providing a service, received one letter back stating I would have to wait until Jan 16 for final bill, nothing until today 5/3/16, and that was a letter from a debt recovery company for £298 and a note on my superb credit rating, do not deal with this company .

Keep asking for info which I have not got, typical of the company they have ended up with nearly £300 of my money for NOTHING, I warn anybody contemplating using this company to think again.
