Complaint against TalkTalk

Constantly telling me lies was with AOL over20yearsbefore talktalk took over they have not provided me with a decent Internet service since November 15 been constant battle I am 70 years get spoken to by the d staff a d respectfully way change thing without permission lie about the time appointments for engineer spoke to over 50 people eport them to offgem planing to seek legal help can not take anymore of there I effective staff suppose to have everything sorted on 21marchso now changed time again told them had hospital appointment after 2pm do not listen they do engineer appointments to suit them self not customer ever missed a payment keep passing me to someone else speak to so many people no one does anything ask to speak to senior manager this is not allowed can not take anymore of them really should sue them all I want is a service I pay for now 21marchso is cancelled not made another date told me they will phone me on Monday say this all the time never get back to me have to chase them up still get money from my bank monthly
