Complaint against TalkTalk

spent more than four hours on phone at my expense trying in vain to sort this. "Upgraded" to YouView+ box on January 5 but still note received box. Was assured after paying £180 line rental up front my bills would be £9 from now on but have just been landed with a bill of £149.02 and charged for two engineer visits when I only had one. Have also had mystifying letter telling me my service has been stopped. Spoke with difficulty to call centre staff "Sumit", Reshu Shrivastava and Yatin Kathuria who all assured me everything had been sorted but absolutely nothing happened and I have been left frustrated and absolutely furious.

Hi Nick, If you pop over to the TalkTalk Community ( we can take a look into this for you. We will be able to trace the delivery to find out what happened to the set top box and send a new one if necessary. In regards the engineer charges we will need to take a look at your account, for security reasons we only do this via our own official support channels.
