Complaint against TalkTalk

We have used Talktalk for some months (I am unaware of the exact time as I am complaining on behalf of my parents who are not that up to date with Twitter) We called their call centre in January to terminate our contract with them due to the all round service being awful; customer services, problems with connections for the internet and being charged for engineers to visit our house when their service was not working. We are now being billed till Mid April for a service we have not been using few weeks after being under the impression we had cancelled. Little did we know their customer service hadn't bothered to cancel our contract! Disgusting! Avoid this company!
