[RESPONDED] Voicemail Inactive, Call Diverts Inactive

Complaint against TalkTalk

I changed my service to business a few months ago. However a number of my add ons are inactive and I've called talk talk business several times to resolve this but with no joy. I have customers leaving me messages on voicemail but I cannot access these messages. I dial 1571 and it says 'sorry you're not subscribed on this service contact your service provider'. I've called and called and they keep saying the service is on and it is active when in fact it isn't . I've lost a number of contracts because of this. Also it is meant to be that I could divert my calls to my mobile when I'm not in so that I do not loose any business and customers, again this has never happened as the service is inactive. These are very serious issues but talk talk has been so non challant about it and I'm loosing too much business and finance. Currently my voicemail is full, customers cannot leave messages, I cannot access messages, When I'm not in customers cannot get me, I'm loosing business and revenues.

I cannot tweet talktalk. Could they just resolve my issues by actuvating my voicemail, call diverts and all please. Thanks

I cannot tweet talktalk. Could they just resolve my issues by activating my voicemail, call diverts and all the extras etc please. They've sent me a general response note they send to all their complaining customers. This is not good enough. Thanks
