Why is my 87 year old mum without a phone since Talktalk migrated existing number after 5 days?
Complaint against TalkTalk
Over 4 hours on the phone with call centre staff. Informed we had been speaking to the wrong department. Yet we were passed to each department by them. Really regret trying to save my mum £ by transferring phone from virgin! No one can put us in touch with anyone in the UK to resolve this issue! Absolutely an appalling customer service.
