Talk Talk rated WORST for customer service

A staggering 38% of Talk Talk users rank the company's customer service as 'poor'.

In a previous survey around six months ago, 45% of customers gave TalkTalk a poor rating - so at least there's some improvement!

However, both Zen and Plusnet performed well, with 94% of Zen customers surveyed saying customer service was very good, along with 58% of Plusnet customers.

A TalkTalk spokesman said: 'While these results are disappointing, we have seen more customers than ever staying with us this year as we roll-out major service improvements.'

The spokesman insisted that TalkTalk customers are now seeing improvements, including new online tools to help customers resolve issues quickly and conveniently, adding: 'All these initiatives are starting to deliver improvement in satisfaction levels.'
