Complaint against Thomas Cook
I Complained immediately upon my return from Cyprus, hotel building site opposite my room, rep unavailable and hotel wouldn't help either. - Thomas cook are not taking my complaint seriously and lied stating I'd been sent an email before departure which I had definately not! . I only booked 7 weeks prior and the building structure was actually already up, so clearly was well under construction prior to my booking. What I feel is unreasonable, worst case scenario I should have had a phone call to advise if not at the time I booked ( on the phone) they had my number? But I still strongly feel they were well aware of the construction and I should have been told at the time of booking, Thomas Cook are not taking my complaint seriously and are trying to fob me off with A £50 voucher token towards another booking. Maybe I don't want to book another holiday???? Or not with them at least. It's not acceptable in my eyes, when I spent nearly £1000 on this holiday. Please please help !
