In regards of our holiday with thomascook when we got to our destination we went and check in our rep told us to go and get something to eat as we where late in the restraint when we got down we asked for some drinks for the kids we where told the restraint was closed we went up to reception and told them it was closed she just walked away we got our key and when to the room which was filthy nothing looks clean we checked the beds and found dirty underware we then checked our pool view theRE wasn't any the hole place is a disc race to call it a hotel it should be closed down as it is a health risk even the Balcony was shaking I am suprised Thomson cook use this hotel San Diego as a holiday I wold like thomsons to no I have photos of this place and I am willing to go on line and expose the hotel you give your clients this holiday cost 1,600 to get sent a dump I have had holidays with you in the past and with this experience I have had I don't think I will book again my grandson had a fall at the pool we repot ed it to the rep who took photos as he banged his head again the hotel management ager done nothing he didn't corner it off also another family had an incident in the pool where the was glass and again nothing got done I am now looking for compancation for the lack of concern and two days of being mest about on a long erne holiday I would like to thank the reps for sorting ting out the did in the end got us moved ,our refrences no is 8370,417207420,2 date was 28,6.2016 to 5,7,2016, reus
