Thomas Cook refusing to issue "No Show" certificate for my sick mother who was unable to travel.

Complaint against Thomas Cook

I booked an inbound flight with Thomas Cook from Lanzarote to London Gatwick, booking reference g8enxg for my extended family to fly at 16:20 on 2nd May, originally booked via Opodo. My mother was unable to make the holiday due to illness, and indeed the outbound flight with Monarch have provided a certificate to prove this to her insurance company. I have been passed back and forth multiple times (between Thomas Cook travel agency & thomas cook airlines who insist that she travelled and have provided me with no way to pursue my request other than being repeatedly passed from one to the other and made to wait for hours, only to be passed again.
