Complaint against Thomas Cook
Booked holiday with Thomas Cook for a week at Riosol in Puerto Rico Gran Canaria. At the time of booking the hotel was getting full so booked a superior room half board (this is the default room type that the website showed and certainly not cheapest) got on holiday to find we were in a standard basic room and TC stated I was wrong and had booked a standard room. I have shown them invoices showing superior room on booking. TC rep unhelpful as were many departments in the UK. Offered £170 voucher which isn't good enough. Spent 3 days of 7 sorting this out whilst on holiday!! Not good enough. Manager supposidly investigating this now....let's wait and see!
