Bad experience on hoilday

Complaint against Tui

Hello we got back from Domican republic punta Cana today but they hotel memories splash we stayed at tried to stop us leaving the county after adding a un recognised bill of $160 for wine we never had (I don't even drink it nor does my partner) I didn't have the money to pay it nor did I take out a credit card which they kept asking for and was left at the desk in floods of tears as they even took our bags of the transfer coach to go to airport. And stopped us getting on the coach until full bill was paid all I had was $70 left as I left large tips to the people who worked hard for us while there, was totally made out to be a liar and yet I was telling truth we had drank no wine! I would of been stranded in the country now had it not been for a Mexican man ( also a tourist ) who had heard what was going on and paid remaining bill so I could leave so very grateful to him a complete stranger thank god for him but service and staff on that final hour treated me and my partner like dirt, made me break down in a panic and I feel we were wrongly treated can you help me, I can't find a way to contact no one to complain as this totally destroyed the end to our holiday 😢 The room number 2180 also had mould spores all around the room I was waking up everyday with headaches and sore throats which I'm not sure was linked our clean clothes hanging up was always damp and even my partners cigarettes were damp and soggy after a few days, we tried to tell the man on front desk but he had no idea what I was telling him, if the incident didn't happen at reception on the check out then I wasn't going to complain about this but if you send someone to the room on block 5 you ll see I'm not lying.
